AIIMS Deoghar Invites Application for 147 Senior Resident (Non-Academic) Recruitment 2026

Candidates must apply offline by following the steps below. This is a rolling advertisement, and the last date for the 1st cycle is 04 August 2026.

1. Download Application Form: Download the prescribed application form from the official AIIMS Deoghar website.
2. Fill the Form: Fill in all details completely and accurately. Mention the department applied for.
3. Paste Photograph: Affix one recent, self-attested passport-size colour photograph.
4. Attach Documents: Attach one set of self-attested photocopies of all required documents (list provided in the notification).
5. Attach DD: Attach the Demand Draft (DD) for the applicable application fee.
6. Superscribe Envelope: Write "Application for the Post of SR in the Department of __________" on the top of the envelope.
7. Send by Post: Send the complete application by Speed Post to the following address on or before 04 August 2026:

Step 8 (Soft Copy): Additionally, send a soft copy of the same application, along with enclosures and proof of fee payment (if applicable), combined into a single PDF file (not exceeding 5MB) to: [email protected].

Note: The date for determining eligibility (age, qualification, experience) will be the date of the interview/written test.

• Rolling Advertisement: Applications are accepted in continuous cycles. Only the 1st cycle cutoff date is mentioned in this notification. Check the official website for updates on subsequent cycles and interview schedules.
• NOC Requirement: Candidates employed in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous/Private institutions must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their present employer.
• OBC/EWS Certificate Validity: OBC and EWS certificates must be the latest (FY 2026-27) and issued on or before the last date of application. OBC sub-caste must match the Central List of OBC.
• Full-Time Position: The appointment is full-time, and private practice is strictly prohibited. Candidates may be posted anywhere in the Institute.
• No TA/DA: No Travelling Allowance or Dearness Allowance is admissible for attending the interview.
• Resignation Notice: A one-month notice period is required for resignation, or the candidate must deposit pay and allowances in lieu of the shortfall.
• No Permanent Absorption: This appointment does not confer any right to claim permanent absorption in the Institute.
• Jurisdiction: All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Jharkhand High Court.
