Applications are invited from eligible candidates to be appointed on contractual basis in the ICMR funded project for the following posts.

1. Position : Research Scientist B ( Medical) 

2. No of Post : 01

3. Eligibility Criteria : MBBS degree recognized by MCI. Preference will be given to candidates having lab experience in virology research.

4. Salary : Rs 56000/- + HRA

1. Position : Research Scientist B (Non Medical)

2. No of Post : 01

3. Eligibility Criteria : 

a) First class postgraduate degree in Microbiology / Virology / Medical Genetics / Molecular biology / Biotechnology from a recognized university.

b) Second class Postgraduate in Microbiology / Virology / Medical Genetics / Molecular biology / Biotechnology from a recognized university with PhD degree in Microbiology / Virology / Medical Genetics / Molecular biology / Biotechnology from a recognized university.

4. Salary : Rs 56000/- + HRA

1. Position : Research Assistant

2. No of Post : 01

3. Eligibility Criteria : 

a) MSc/MSc MLT in Microbiology / Virology / Medical Genetics / Molecular biology / Biotechnology.

b) Preference will be given to candidates having Experience in virology research and knowledge of computer applications.

4. Salary : Rs 35000/-

1. Position : Laboratory Technician

2. No of Post : 02

3. Eligibility Criteria : MBBS degree recognized by MCI. Preference will be given to candidates having lab experience in virology research.

4. Salary : Rs 56000/-

1. Position : Research Scientist B ( Medical)

3. Eligibility Criteria : 

a) BSc-MLT/MSc-MLT / MSc-DMLT with one-year research experience.

b) Preference will be given to candidates having experience in virology research and knowledge of computer applications

4. Salary : Rs 20000/-

1. Position : Data Entry Operator

2. No of Post : 01

3. Eligibility Criteria : Graduate in any discipline with knowledge of the following Knowledge of computer applications with data entry work Diploma or degree in computer applications Typing speed of not less than 8000 key depressions per hour

4. Salary : Rs 20000/-

1. Position : Multi tasking Staff

2. No of Post : 01

3. Eligibility Criteria : High School/ Equivalent from a recognized board.

4. Salary : Rs 18000/-

2. Topics for Written exam: Virology, Molecular Methodology, Infection Control Practices and Research Methodology.

3. Data Entry Operator: Computer based skill test.
