Junior Resident, Tutor/ Demonstrator

Number of Vacancy: 31 Posts

Educational Qualification:
Junior Resident (Non-Academic): The candidates should have passed MBBS (including completion of Internship) or equivalent degree recognized by MCI/NMC. The candidate must be registered with a State Medical Council.

Tutor/Demonstrator:
For Medical Candidates: Essential: A medical qualification included in the I or II schedule or Part II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 (Persons possessing qualifications included in Part II or third schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in section 13 (3) of the Act. Individual must have completed 1 year of compulsory internship. Desirable: Candidate with MD/MS from recognized University/Institute in concerned subject will be preferred.

For Non-Medical Candidates: Essential: Postgraduate qualification e.g. Master’s degree in the discipline/allied subject. Desirable: Candidate with Ph.D from recognized University/Institute in concerned subject will be preferred.

Pay Scale:

56100/- Per Month

Age Limit: Maximum 37 Years.

Selection Procedure:
1. Walk-in recruitment will be held at Admin & Library Building, AIIMS Mangalagiri, Guntur District, Andhra Pradesh.
2. Selection of candidates for Junior Residents (Non-Academic) will be based on the merit in written test; and there will be no interview.
3. Selection of candidates for Tutor/Demonstrator will be based on the merit in an interview. If no. of applied candidates is more, a written examination based on MCQs in the subject concerned will be conducted, followed by the interview for the shortlisted candidates.
4. Written test / Interview will be conducting in a physical mode only.
5. Selection will be subject to the verification of the original documents.

For General / EWS & OBC candidates: Rs.1500/-.
For SC / ST candidates: Rs.1000/-.
