Tutor and Various Posts

Number of Vacancy: 14 Posts
Educational Qualification:
Professor and Principal:
i. Master's Degree in Nursing with advanced specialization in Nursing from a recognized Institution/ University
ii. Must be registered Nurse and Midwife.
iii 10 years experience in Nursing field after registration as Nurse, out of which seven years must have been spent in nursing education or administration after obtaining the prescribed post graduate qualification.
Associate Professor (Reader):
i. Master’s Degree in Nursing from a recognized Institution/ University.
ii. Registered Nurse and Midwife.
iii. Eight years experience after M.Sc (Nursing) including 05(five) years teaching experience in Nursing.
Assistant Professor/Lecturer:
i. Master's Degree in Nursing from a recognized Institution/University.
ii. Registered Nurse and Midwife
iii. Five years experience with a minimum of two years teaching experience in Nursing.
Tutor/Clinical Instructor:
i. B.Sc. Nursing/ Post B.Sc. Nursing Degree from an Indian Nursing Council recognized Institute / University.
ii. Registered Nurse/Midwife in Nursing Council.
Pay Scale:
INR
56,100-2,15,900/- Per Month
Age Limit: Maximum 55 Years.
Application Fee:
i. General/OBC/EWS: Rs. 1500/-
ii. SC/ST category: Rs. 800/-
iii. PWBD category application fee is exempted.
iv. Application fee once submitted shall not be refunded.

All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Rajkot in Gujarat is one of the several new AIIMS, being established under the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojna (PMSSY) of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. AIIMS, Rajkot has objectives to reduce the “gaps” in affordable tertiary health care, and to generate ‘wellness’ amongst the general population. AIIMS, Rajkot is under phase six of the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojna (PMSSY). AIIMS Rajkot shall be a 750 bedded hospital with multiple specialties as well as super specialty departments. The Project cost of construction is about Rs. 1195 Crores, which includes an allocation of Rs. 185 Crores towards state-of-the-art medical equipment. The Government of Gujarat has allotted about 201 Acres of Land for the project and shall take care of access roads, water facilities, and provision of electricity connection.
