Educational Qualification:
Financial Advisor: a) Officers from Central Accounting Services holding analogous post. OR b) Officers from Central Accounting Services with 5 years' regular experience at level-12. OR c) Officers from Central or State or Government / Central or State Universities or Autonomous Bodies / Central or State Research & Development Organizations holding analogous post with 5 years' regular experience in Finance & Accounts. OR d) Officers from Central Government / State Government / Union Territories Government / Central or State Universities or Autonomous Bodies / Central or State Research & Development Organizations holding post at level 12 with 7 years' regular experience in Finance & Accounts
Superintending Engineer: Superintending Engineer (Civil) or Executive Engineer (Civil) with 5 years of regular service in that grade from CPWD failing which similar officers from other Central Engineering Department or Engineering Departments of Central Statutory/ Autonomous bodies. An officer taken on deputation shall possess a Degree in Civil Engineering. (Period of deputation shall ordinarily not exceed 3 years).
Executive Engineer: Officers under the Central/State/U.T. Governments/Universities/Statutory/Autonomous Bodies or Research and Development Organizations i. holding analogous posts on regular basis, or ii. Assistant Engineer (Civil) with 5 years of regular service in the grade pay of Rs. 5400/- or iii. Junior Engineer (Civil) with 7 years of regular service in the grade pay of Rs. 4600. (Period of deputation shall ordinarily not exceed 3 years).
Pay Scale:
INR
Level-11 to Level-13
Age Limit: 56 years.
