  • Junior Executive (E-1 level): Pay Scale ₹40,000 – 1,40,000 (IDA) with approx. CTC of ₹14 lakhs per annum.
  • Benefits: Dearness Allowance, Perks @ 35% of Basic Pay, HRA, CPF, Gratuity, Social Security Schemes, and Medical Benefits as per AAI rules.

Selection Procedure: Computer Based Test (CBT), followed by Application Verification/Interview. For Manager (Fire Services), additional Physical Measurement, Driving, and Physical Endurance Tests are conducted.
