Eligibility Criteria for NSCBI Airport Kolkata Apprentice 2026

Domicile Requirement

Only Indian Nationals having domicile of West Bengal are eligible to apply.

Educational Qualification

• Graduate Apprentice: Full-time 4-year B.E./B.Tech degree in relevant discipline from AICTE recognized institute.
• Diploma Apprentice: Full-time 3-year Diploma in Engineering in relevant discipline from AICTE recognized institute.
• ITI Trade Apprentice: ITI/NCVT certificate in the concerned trade from DGT, Government of India.

Year of Passing: Candidates must have passed the qualifying exam in 2022 or after.

Important Ineligibility Conditions

As per Apprentices Act, 1961, candidates who have already undergone apprenticeship training for 1 year or more, or have job experience of 1 year or more after attaining the essential qualification, are not eligible. Also, candidates who are pursuing or have completed apprenticeship with similar qualifications in other organizations or in AAI are not eligible.

Selection Process for NSCBI Airport Kolkata Apprentice
