1. Position: Multi Tasking Staff (MTs) Group C (Non Industrial)
2. No of Post: 05
3. Pay Scale: Basic pay (Rs. 18000/- to Rs. 56900/ Level 1
4. Educational and Desirable Qualification: Matriculation pass or equivalent from a recognised board Experience in said duties in any recognised organisation is desirable.
1. Position: Civil Motor Driver (CMD) Ordinary Grade)
2. No of Post: 01
3. Pay Scale: Basic pay (Rs. 18000/- to Rs. 56900/ Level 1
4. Educational and Desirable Qualification: Matriculation pass or equivalent from a recognised board Experience in said duties in any recognised organisation is desirable.
(a) Driving licence for four wheeler.
(b) Experience in heavy vehicles/ loaders is desirable.

18000 - 56900(Per Month)

Selection Procedure
Test: Written Skill Test & Medical Test
How to Apply:
1. The date for determining the age will be closing date of receipt of application (30 days from the date of publication of advertisement). This department will not be responsible for any postal delays/losses.
2. No TA/DA will be admissible for any test. Candidates will have to make their own boarding/ lodging arrangement.
3. Candidates already employed in Centre/State Govt PSU should submit their applications through proper channel alongwith 'No Objection Certificate' from the employer not older than 30 days from the date of application.
4. Separate applications to be sent for each post.
5. The syllabus for written exam will be as applicable to all Group C' employees of Central Govt.

Ambala Cantonment was established in the year 1843. Cantonment Board, Ambala is a statutory body constituted under the Cantonments Act, 2006. The emergence of the Cantonment Board as a municipal body in cantonments was basically in response to the need for maintenance of proper sanitation, health, and hygiene in these areas. The scope of the Cantonment Board functions extends to the entire gamut of municipal administration. In addition, to provide basic amenities, Cantonment Board, Ambala also manages public welfare institutions and facilities to the residents of the cantonment area.
Ambala Cantonment Board is categorized as Class I Cantonment and comprises of 16 members giving an equal representation to Elected and official members.
