1. Post Name: Manager Incubation

2. Experience Qualification: Any Post Graduate (preferably MBA or PGDBM from a recognized University with more than 5 years of relevant experience in the Incubation Ecosystem and have working knowledge in Atal Incubation Centre(s) or TBI's of repute

3. Roles and Responsibilities: Facilitates the entire incubation process for startups; from selecting, onboarding, and managing the process. Taking care of the entire co-working space as a community manager. Work closely with the incubated start-ups and use the co-working space identifying their needs and address them with right support Take part in the Due Diligence activities as a part of the screening process of the startups SPoC for startups on-boarded for Incubation

1. Post Name: Manager - Programs& Outreach

2. Experience Qualification: Any Graduate or Post Graduate (preferably MBA) from a recognized university with a minimum of 5 years of work experience in the relevant field preferably in startup ecosystem or with any recognized Startup Fxnosed to different facets of Industry bodies and aware of startup forums

3. Roles and Responsibilities: SPoC for Outreach activities of the program & center encompassing the entire gamut of promotion and propaganda in line with the AIM guidelines. Creating a pipeline of good startups for incubation programs by conducting various outreach activities and events collaborations and partnerships with Initiating Industry/Incubators/Academia/Startup Clubs etc. Creating a calendar of events which includes mentor sessions, outreach events, roadshows, workshops, boot camps, investor sessions, hackathons, maker events, etc Attending ecosystem events and conferences to build a strong network of startups, investors, mentors, etc.
