Educational Qualification:
Public Health Nurse (PHN): The candidate must have passed All India Senior School Certificate Examination (10+2) or equivalent. Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (3 1⁄2 years) PLUS One year Diploma in Public Health Nursing or Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) degree (4 year) from recognized university of board and registered in the Nursing Council of India.

Additional ANM: The candidate must have passed Class 12ht & must have under gone 1 1⁄2 years training of Multipurpose Health Workers (Female) at the approved Govt. training centers.

Lab Assistant: The Candidate must have passed XIIth with DMLT from recognized university.

Lab Technician: Intermediate (10+2) and Diploma or certified course in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent.
