Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Sr. Architect

• Essential Qualification: Degree in Architecture and registration with the Council of Architecture.
• Experience: 10 years of experience in Government or autonomous institutions. Candidates must be officers under the Central Government, State Government, UT Administration, PSUs, Universities, or Autonomous Bodies holding analogous posts on a regular basis OR having 5 to 6 years of regular service in specific lower grade pay scales.
• Age Limit: Must not exceed 56 years as of the closing date for applications.

Terms and Conditions

• Period of Deputation: Initially for 3 years, extendable.
• Allowances: Dearness Allowance (DA), Special Compensatory Allowance, and Island Special Allowance.
• Housing: Rent-free unfurnished accommodation (subject to review).
• Travel: Free sea passage once a year for the officer and family.
• Deputation Allowance: Admissible under standard rules.
