Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institute OR
• Passed Part ‘A & B’ Examination of the Institution of Engineers (India) in Civil Engineering.

Experience

• 10 years of experience in Planning, Execution, or Maintenance of Civil Engineering Projects.

Deputation Eligibility (for officers from Central/State Govt/UT/PSUs/Universities etc.)

• Holding analogous post on regular basis OR
• 5 years service in Level-12 (₹78,800-₹2,09,200) OR
• 10 years service in Level-11 (₹67,700-₹2,08,700).

Age Limit

Maximum 56 years as on the closing date of applications.

Important: Departmental officers in direct line of promotion are not eligible. Deputation period including previous ex-cadre posts shall not ordinarily exceed 5 years.
