Applications are invited for filling up of the post of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for the District Cooperative Central Bank Ltd., Srikakulam, from suitable candidates who fulfill the following Fit and Proper Criteria prescribed by the RBI/NABARD: (The post falls vacant on 10.01.2022.)
1. Post Name: Chief Executive Officer
2. Qualifications: The person to be appointed as CEO shall at least be a: Graduate with CAIIB / DBF / Diploma in Cooperative Business Management or equivalent qualification; or Chartered or Cost Accountant or Post Graduate in any discipline;
3. Experience: The applicant shall have at least 8 years’ work experience at the middle/senior level in the Banking Sector. Senior/Middle level for the purpose shall be taken as the third level (Scale/cadre) onwards [i.e., excluding the first two levels (scales/cadres) in the Officer cadre], or as the highest two levels (scales/cadres) below the level of CEO.
4.Scale Of Pay:
a) Rs.59170 - 1650/2 – 62470 – 1800/2 – 66070 (5 stages) and no Stagnation Increments. Further, the CEOs selected under Fit & Proper criteria from any/same DCCB or APCOB will be given a Special Allowance of 15% on the Basic Pay + DA drawn, which shall not carry any further allowances.
b) Perks and allowances will be extended as decided by the Board of Management of the DCCB.
Pay Scale: INR 59170 - 66070(Per Month)
Age Limit: The applicant shall not be above 62 years of age as on the date of notification.

2. The last date for receipt of application – 20.12.2021, 05.00 PM.
Important Instructions:
1. The appointment will be for an initial period of 03 years on deputation/ contract basis.
2. The application shall be submitted in the prescribed format only.
3. In-service candidates shall apply through proper channel. In case, the candidate anticipates any delay in forwarding his/her application for want of employer recommendation, he/she may submit advanced copy of application along with all the other requirements (except employer recommendation) before the last date i.e. 20.12.2021. However, the application, duly recommended by the employer, shall reach the Bank by 24.12.2021.
4. Applications not complying with the conditions of age, qualifications, experience, fee, proceedings if any, employer recommendations etc., will summarily be rejected.
5. A recent passport size photo is to be pasted on the application in the space provided.
6. It may be noted that, in case of any exigencies, the Bank reserves the right to cancel or postpone the selection process at any stage, without any notice.
7.
