Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Multi Task Worker (Pashu Mitra)

  • Essential Qualification: Matric (10th) from any School/Institution situated within HP. (The condition of passing 10th from Himachal School shall not be applicable to Bonafide Himachali).
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of Animal Husbandry Activities & Knowledge of customs, manners and dialects of HP.
  • Experience: Preference for Practical Experience in Animal Husbandry (to be decided on the basis of certificate as per Annexure-B).

Age Limit

  • Candidates should not be less than 18 years and not more than 45 years of age as on 31-01-2026.

Selection Process

  • Physical Test: Candidates must carry 25 Kg weight up to 100 meters within one minute.
  • Merit List: Based on Matriculation marks.
  • Counselling: Document verification for shortlisted candidates.

How to Apply

Applications must reach the office of Senior Veterinary Officer (SVO) of the respective Sub Divisional Veterinary Hospital on or before 31st January 2026 by 3 PM. Candidates must apply on the prescribed form (Annexure-A) along with self-attested photocopies of documents.
