Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Computer Operator

• Essential: Graduation from a government-recognized university with knowledge of Hindi and English typing + Mandatory one-year computer diploma (UGC recognized university, DOEACC diploma level, Modern Office Management Course from Government Polytechnic, or COPA certificate from Government ITI) OR B.E. (CSE/IT), MCA, BCA, M.Sc. (IT/CS), M.Tech., M.E. OR AICTE approved Polytechnic Diploma in Computer Science/Computer Applications/Information Technology OR B.Sc./B.Com./Degrees which include one subject of Computer.
• Desirable: Computer knowledge and typing skills in Hindi and English.

Eligibility for Computer Operator (Sambida)

• Essential: Same as Computer Operator.
• Experience: Candidates who have previously worked or are currently working on contract in district banks with prior approval of Registrar and minimum 5 years of work experience in DCCBs (including periods in more than one district bank).

Eligibility for Society Manager

• Essential: Same as Computer Operator.

Eligibility for Computer Programmer (Senior Management Grade-2)

• Essential: BE/B.Tech. (Computer Science/IT)/M.Sc. Computer Science/IT/MCA from any recognized university.
• Experience: Two years of programming experience in a registered institute/government institute/autonomous organization.

Eligibility for Financial Analyst (Senior Management Grade-2)

• Essential: First Class Graduation/Second Class Post Graduation/MBA/CA/ICWA from any recognized University.
• Experience: Two years' experience in relevant work from an RBI licensed organization.

Eligibility for Internal Auditor (Senior Management Grade-2)

• Essential: First Class Graduate/Second Class Post Graduate/MBA/CA/ICWA from an RBI licensed institution.
• Experience: Two years of relevant work experience.

Eligibility for Branch Manager (Middle Management Grade-1)

• Essential: First Class Graduate/Second Class Post Graduate/MBA from an RBI licensed institution.
• Experience: One year of relevant work experience.

Eligibility for Computer Programmer-2 (Middle Management Grade-2)

• Essential: BE/B.Tech. (Computer Science/IT)/ B.Sc. (with IT/CS as one of the subjects)/M.Sc. (Computer Science/IT)/ MCA from any recognized university.
• Experience: Two years of programming experience in a registered institute/government institute/autonomous organization.

Eligibility for Accountant (Middle Management Grade-2)

• Essential: First Class Graduation/Second Class Post Graduation/MBA from any recognized University.

Age Limit (as on 30.11.2025)

• Clerk (Computer Operator & Society Manager): Minimum 18 years, Maximum 35 years (40 years with relaxation).
• Computer Operator (Sambida): Minimum 18 years, Maximum 55 years.
• Age Relaxation: 5 years for Female, SC/ST, OBC, Bank Employees, PwBD, Ex-servicemen (Madhya Pradesh Domicile).
