The Aryabhatta Research Institute of Observational Sciences (ARIES), Nainital, has invited offline fresh applications for the post of Registrar on a deputation basis. This is a high-level administrative vacancy with a pay scale of Level 12 in the 7th CPC. Vacancy Details

Eligibility for Registrar

• Mode of Recruitment: Deputation (Presently for One year and extendable up to three years).
• Age Limit: Maximum 56 years as on the closing date of advertisement.
• Essential Qualification (A): Officers working in Central Govt/Recognized Research Institutions/Autonomous Organizations in India:
  • Holding analogous posts on a regular basis; OR
  • 10 years' service in the grade rendered after appointment on regular basis in Pay Level 10/equivalent or above, out of which at least 3 years in Pay Level 11/equivalent.
• Essential Qualification (B):
  • Post Graduate Degree from a recognized University with minimum 50% marks.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in general administration/finance and accounts/establishment/stores & purchase in a senior position in Govt/Universities/Research Institutions/PSUs.
• Desirable Qualification:
  • Degree/Diploma in Law/HR Management/Financial Management/Logistics Management/Industrial Relations.
  • Practical work experience in Civil works.
  • Knowledge of computer-aided management.
• Important Note: Candidates must apply through proper channel or submit NOC along with the application.
