Educational Qualification:
HR Consultant: Degree in any discipline is essential. Recognized PG Diploma in Personnel Management/Labour Welfare / Industrial Relations / Management / Behavioural Science / Training & Development / HRD / HRM / Organizational Development (2 years) / PG Diploma in Personnel Management (OR) MBA with specialization in PM / IR / HRD / HRM (Duration of not less than 2 years).

Manager: Degree in Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Journalism / Mass Communication / Public Relations from a recognized University.

Executive: First Class Degree with Full time 02 years MSW / MBA / Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Human Resources / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / PM & IR with First Class.

Database Administrator: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems (OR) MCA (OR) Related Technical Degree.

System Administrator: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems (OR) MCA (OR) Related Technical Degree.

IT Support Consultant: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems (OR) MCA (OR) Related Technical Degree.

Web Developer: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems (OR) MCA (OR) Related Technical Degree.

Young Professionals: First Class Degree with Full time 02 years MBA / Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Human Resources / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / PM & IR with First Class.

Senior Manager: Certified Management Accountant (CMA).

Consultant: Degree in Engineering from a recognized / reputed University / Institution approved by UGC with 1st Division or equivalent CGPA.

Pay Scale:
INR
40000-110000/- Per Month

Age Limit: Maximum 65 Years.
