Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification & Experience

• Administrative Supervisor:
  • Must be an Ex-Servicemen (ESM) with rank of JCO or equivalent.
  • Minimum 20 years of service in the Army.
  • Preference for Corps of Engineers ESM with tenure in MES.
  • Must be medically fit with no disciplinary history.
• Upper Division Clerk (UDC):
  • Computer Literate.
  • 5 years of experience in a reputed organization (preferably educational).
  • Typing Speed: 40 WPM.
  • Knowledge of Tally is required.
  • ESM Applicants: Require 20 years of service as Clerk in Army.
• Account Clerk:
  • B.Com Graduate and Computer Literate.
  • 5 years of experience as an Account Clerk.
  • Typing Speed: 30 WPM.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of Tally, Excel, MS Office, Income Tax, and GST.
  • ESM Applicants: Require 15 years of service as Clerk (including 5 years in accounts).
• Dissection Hall Attendant (DHA):
  • Must have passed 10th Class from a recognized board.
  • Preference for candidates with prior experience in a Hospital or Medical College setting.
  • Knowledge of Embalming/preservation of Cadavers is preferred.

Selection Process

ACMS selection for these posts does not involve a written exam. The process involves:

1. Shortlisting: Applications will be screened based on eligibility and experience.
