Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
Head Clerk
- Minimum Graduate (for civilians)
- Preferably Ex-Serviceman of clerk category up to age 55 years
- Experience: 5-10 years in Office Management and account handling as Head Clerk, with high proficiency in staff duties and drafting
- Computer Savvy: MS Office, online works etc.
- No disciplinary case during entire service
Account Clerk
- Educational Qualification: B.Com. OR fifteen years of service as a clerk (for Ex-Servicemen)
- Computer literate (MS Office, Tally etc.)
- Computer Savvy: 12000 key depressions per hour; Knowledge of Tally, ERPs, PF, ESIC, TDS, GST etc.
- Experience: 5 years as a clerk or accounts clerk in a reputed organization, preferably a school
Lower Division Clerk (LDC)
- Educational Qualification: Graduate OR ten years service as a clerk in the Defence Services
- Basic computer application course of Army, OR Diploma in Computer Applications of not less than one year duration
- Basic knowledge of accounting and accounting software
Selection Process & Screening Clause
Selection will follow the policies of the Army Welfare Education Society (AWES). Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the selection process comprising three stages:
- Written Test
- Computer Competency Test
- Panel Interview
