Assam Petrochemicals Limited Invites Application for Senior Medical Officer,  Deputy Medical Officer Recruitment 2022

Last date of receipt of duly filled application form by post/Courier at APL Head-Office, Namrup : Till 30-04-2022

a) Application duly filled and completed should be sent by Registered/Speed post/ Courier Services with detailed bio-data in prescribed format available in the Company’s website with four (04) passport sized colored photographs along with self-attested copies of photocopied certificates/testimonials in support of qualification, age, caste, experience etc. within 30 (Thirty) days by from the date of publication of this advertisement. No other means/mode of application will be accepted. Incomplete applications will be rejected.

b) The application must be accompanied by a Non-refundable Demand Draft (DD) of Rs. 250/- (Two Hundred and Fifty Rupees only) drawn in favour of Assam Petro-Chemicals Limited, Namrup, payable at Punjab National Bank, Namrup Branch.

c) Documents in support of Date of Birth (age), Latest Caste/Tribe certificate (for SC/ST/OBC/MOBC candidates as applicable), Disability certificate (in case of PH candidates), Ex-servicemen Proof (in case of ex-servicemen), all certificates/testimonials in respect of all qualifications starting from matriculation onwards (all semester/year wise mark sheets and degree pass certificates), Experience Certificates issued by the employers in support of mentioned experience details & Forwarding letter/NOC from the Employer in case the candidate is presently employed in a Central/ State Government/ PSU/ Semi Government organization must be attached along with the prescribed format of completed application and bio-data.

e) The prescribed qualification/experience is the minimum and mere possession of the same does not entitle a candidate for written test/interview. APL’s decision shall be final in this regard.

f) Any canvassing directly or indirectly by the applicant will disqualify his/her candidature. Any dispute with regard to recruitment against this advertisement will be settled within the jurisdiction of Dibrugarh Court only.

g) The candidates called for offline interview shall be reimbursed to & fro III tier AC train/bus fare (from the mailing address) by shortest route subject to production of original and submission of photocopy of ticket(s).

h) No local conveyance expenses will be reimbursed.

i) The Company shall not be liable for any kind of Postal delay.
