Educational Qualification:
Executive Finance:
i) Should be an Indian national.
ii) Should be a qualified Charted Accountant (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) from Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI) and should be associate / fellow members of ICAI / ICMAI.
iii) Should have minimum 03 years post qualifications experience, excluding articleship period ( It will be verified from membership certificate)
Company Secretary:
i) Should be an Indian national
ii) Should have passed the final examination of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and should be associate / fellow members of ICSI.
iii) Should have minimum 07 years post qualifications experience (It will be verified by membership certificate)
iv) Should have worked for a period of 05 years as Company Secretary in company/ies (to be verified by form DIR-12/32)
v) Should have worked form minimum 1 years in company/ies having annual turnover of minimum 1000 Cr in any of the last 3 financial year. FY 2022-23, FY 2023- 24 & FY 2024-25 (to be verified by Audited balance sheet).
Preferable:
i) Degree in law (LL.B./LL.M)
ii) Experience of 2 years in a company listed on stock exchange.
Consultant (Accounts): The applicant should be a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost accountant (CMA) or a full time MBA (Finance) or CA-Inter or CMA Inter or M.Com or B.Com with good academic record from a recognized University/ Institution. Preference would be given to CA/ CMA.
Pay Scale:
INR
22000/- Per Month
Age Limit: Maximum 64 Years.
Selection Procedure: Educational Qualification, Experience and performance in personal Interview. The Competent Authority may enhance the criteria for qualification and /or experience or may also decide conducting Written Test to shortlist the candidates for interview in the event of large no. of candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria particularly to the above mentioned post.
