Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification

• Essential: Master degree in Pharmacy, Clinical Pharmacology, Pharmacy Practice, and Clinical Research

  Pharm.D / MBBS / BDS from a recognised university/Institute.
• Desirable: One year experience in drug safety/Pharmacovigilance.

2. Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 28 years
• Age Cut-off Date: Age is calculated as of 31 December 2025.

3. Experience Requirements

While experience is listed as "Desirable," candidates with experience in drug safety or pharmacovigilance (handling ICSRs in VigiFlow) will have an advantage during the interview process.

Selection Process

This recruitment does not involve a preliminary written exam. The selection is a two-stage process involving screening and an interview.

1. Screening of Applications: A screening committee at the AMC (Faridkot) will review all submitted applications. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the next stage.
2. Written Test / Interview: Shortlisted candidates will undergo a written test or interview at designated offices (NCC/AMC/CDSCO Zonal offices).
3. Final Selection: Based on interview performance. The coordinator will send the list of selected candidates to NCC (National Coordination Centre).
4. Appointment: Offer letters will be issued by the IPC authorized outsourcing agency.

Period of Engagement: Initially for one year or until further orders, extendable based on performance.

• Processing of Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) and managing them in VigiFlow.
• Quality review, Clinical review & Statistical review of ICSRs in the Drug Safety database.
• Any other work assigned by the Competent Authority.
