Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Degree: MBBS Degree from a university recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI/NMC).
• Internship: Must have completed the internship within the period of 10-02-2024 to 09-02-2026.
• Certificate: Internship Completion Certificate must be produced at the time of the interview.

Registration Requirements

• DMC Registration: Registration with the Delhi Medical Council (DMC) is compulsory.
• Conditional Rule: If a candidate has applied for DMC registration and only has a receipt at the time of the interview, they must submit a valid DMC Registration Certificate within 45 days of joining. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of candidature.

Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 40 years.
• Cut-off Date: Age is calculated as on the date of the interview (10-02-2026).
• Age Relaxation: Relaxation in the upper age limit for SC/ST, OBC, and Physically Handicapped candidates will be applicable as per Government of Delhi rules.

Special Provisions

In case of non-availability of fresh MBBS graduates, the following candidates may be considered:

• Post-graduate doctors willing to serve as Junior Residents.
• Junior residents who have completed one year of Junior Residency may appear for selection again (only if fresh graduates are not available).

Selection Process

Since this is a walk-in recruitment, there is no written exam. The selection will be conducted in the following stages:

1. Document Verification: Scrutiny of original certificates (Education, DMC, Internship, ID Proof).
2. Personal Interview: Candidates will be interviewed by the selection committee.
3. Merit Basis: Selection will be based on merit and suitability for the position.
4. Medical Fitness: Appointment is subject to medical fitness clearance by hospital authorities.
