Eligibility for Deputy Manager (Guidance, Navigation & Control)

• Essential Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech in Aerospace Engineering from AICTE approved Colleges/Institutions or a recognized University.
• Experience: BE/B.Tech – Minimum 8 years of relevant post-qualification Industrial experience; ME/M.Tech – Minimum 6 years of relevant post-qualification Industrial experience.
• Desirable Skills/Specific Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of Classical and Modern Control Theory.
  • Knowledge of Guidance algorithms, Navigation filters (Kalman Filter, EKF), and Control system design.
  • Understanding of Rigid-body dynamics, Flight dynamics, Sensors & actuators (IMU, GPS, INS).
  • Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink (Modeling, Simulation, Control design, State estimation, Autocode generation).
  • Programming experience in C/C++, Python, Matlab.
  • Experience in Trajectory generation, State estimation (KF/EKF/UKF), Control law design (PID, LQR, nonlinear control).
  • Experience with MIL, SIL, PIL, HIL simulation.
  • Experience with MATLAB/Simulink C/C++ compiler tool chains.

Eligibility for Deputy Manager (Aerodynamics)

• Essential Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech in Aerospace / Aeronautical Engineering from AICTE approved Colleges/Institutions or a recognized University.
• Experience: BE/B.Tech – Minimum 8 years of relevant post-qualification Industrial experience; ME/M.Tech – Minimum 6 years of relevant post-qualification Industrial experience.
• Desirable Skills/Specific Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of Compressible and incompressible flow, Boundary-layer theory, Turbulence modeling.
  • Understanding of Airfoil and wing theory, High-speed aerodynamics, Aero loads & pressure distribution analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with ANSYS Fluent, ANSYS Workbench, CFD solvers (RANS/URANS/LES/DES).
  • Ability to build structured/unstructured meshes and perform mesh convergence studies.
  • Practical experience using ANSYS Mechanical or Abaqus for structural analysis.
  • Knowledge of coupling CFD and structural solvers (FSI). Experience with tools like ANSYS FSI, LS-DYNA.
  • Ability to interpret CFD results (Pressure fields, Lift, drag computation, Flow separation).
  • Proficient in MATLAB or Python for data post-processing; Tools like ParaView / Tecplot; Version control (Git).
