Educational Qualification

Full-time B.E. / B.Tech. / B.Sc. Engineering degree from an AICTE-approved institute or recognized Indian university in any of the following disciplines:

• Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)
• Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EE)
• Mechanical Engineering (ME)
• Instrumentation Engineering
• Electronics Engineering

Minimum Grade: First Class in the qualifying degree.

Age Limit

Upper Age Limit: 35 years for General/UR candidates. Relaxation for PwBD: 10 years extra. Ex-Servicemen as per Government of India rules.

Mandatory Work Experience

Total Post-Qualification Experience: Minimum 04 years of relevant industrial experience.

Specific Experience: Out of 4 years, at least 2 years must be in Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of Platform Screen Doors (PSD) in railways-related projects.

Relevant Experience Includes:

• Interfacing with stakeholders in railways projects
• Monitoring supervision and contractors for HSE and contractual compliance
• Coordinating shop drawings, material submittals, and on-site storage
• Monitoring progress, labor levels, and work quality against standards

Note: Academic/teaching/research experience is not considered relevant. Current internal fixed-tenure executives are ineligible.

Tenure & Remuneration

Tenure: Fixed period of 3 years, extendable by 1 year based on performance and company requirement.

Pay Scale: Rs. 50,000 – 3% – 1,60,000 (E-III level) + DA, HRA, PRP, Medical, PF, Professional Development Allowance, Conveyance Allowance, Leave Travel Allowance as per BEL policies.
