Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• For all posts:
  • 3-year Diploma in Electronics Engineering or equivalent, OR 3-year Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent – Minimum Pass Class.
  • Must be a Junior Commissioned Officer of rank Junior Warrant Officer (JWO) or above from the Indian Air Force.
  • Must have completed 15 years of service in the Indian Air Force, with discharge book/certificate indicating medical category, discharge date, and Exemplary/Very Good record.
  • Post-qualification experience is satisfied by the 15 years of service in Indian Air Force.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Selection is through a Written Test, followed by an Interview for qualified candidates.
• Candidates are shortlisted for interview in a ratio of 1:7 per category based on written test performance.
• If applicants are high, the number called for written test may be limited based on academic excellence and experience.
• Candidature is provisional and subject to antecedent verification; adverse report leads to cancellation.
• Appointment is subject to passing a Pre-Employment Medical Examination – no relaxation in health standards.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the written test or interview.
