Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Passed High School (10th) along with regular ITI course recognized by NCVT in 2023, 2024, 2025, or 2026.
- For Welder and Electrician trades, ITI from NCVT or SCVT is acceptable.
- Minimum Marks in ITI: General/EWS/OBC: 60%; SC/ST: 55%.
- Note: Private ITI candidates or those with prior apprenticeship/work experience >1 year are not eligible.
Age Limit (as on 01.07.2026)
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: General: 27 years; OBC (NCL): 30 years; SC/ST: 32 years; PwD: additional 10 years relaxation in respective category.
State Preference
Candidates with Uttarakhand domicile will be given priority during selection.
Selection Process
Selection will be based on weighted average merit of ITI and High School marks:
- 70% weightage to ITI marks
- 30% weightage to High School marks
- In case of tie: higher ITI marks, then older age preferred.
