The University is spread away in the state of Uttar Pradesh. The campus is named as “Vidhya Vihar” which is situated at off the Rae-bareli road. The main aim of the University is to fulfill all the educational needs of people especially the SC/ST community and women.

The college was established in the year 1991 that was remarked as the birth year of Bhart Ratna Baba Saheb Bhim Rao Ambedkar.It is one of co-educational institutes. The college is filled with greenary on all side with its location on Wazirabad Road near Yamuna Vihar. The strength of students is about 2064 with the girls being in large number.The establishment of the college was done by Sh.K.R.Narayanan in the year 1994 on 30th April.
