Educational Qualification: CA, MBA/PGDM
1. Position: Sr. Manager – Debt Capital Market
2. Educational Qualification: CA / MBA from Premier Institute
3. Minimum Experience: Debt Capital Market Experience of 6-8 years from a Tier I Investment Bank, Leading Bank/NBFC Treasury
4. Additional Skills
• Hands on experience in raising debt fund through Debt Capital Market instruments like NCD, Structured products, Commercial Papers etc.
• Strong relationships network with market participants like Banks, MFs, PF’s, NPS, Insurance, Wealth Managers, Corporate Treasuries and Intermediaries
• Understanding of process involved in raising funds through both public and private placement of bonds
• Exhibit flexibility, adaptability and resilience to work in a challenging, dynamic environment which requires handling multiple transactions and tight deadlines at the same time
• Flair for Relationship development and management on a continuous basis
• Good Analytical and Financial modelling skills
• Good Communication and Presentation skills
5. CTC OFFERED: Compensation will not be a limiting factor for the right candidate and will discussed on a case by case basis.
6. Location of posting: Mumbai The candidate may be deputed to work with the team(s) with the organization/ parent organization/ any subsidiary of the parent organization if and as deemed necessary.
