1. Position Vacant: AVP/ VP - Investment Banking Equity

2. Job Description / Responsibilities

• Originate and execute deals both in M&A / Private Equity and Capital Markets.
• Should be a sector / client coverage banker for at least 1-2 years.
• Should have relationship with corporates in identified segment
•  Should have relationship with key Private Equity, Distress Asset Funds and other relevant investor segments

3. Job specific skills:

• Demonstrated ability to have execute M & A/ PE deals in the past
• Familiarity with all phases of deal making process
•  Excellent skills in financial modelling
• Ability to work well under pressure and follow through on items to completion while maintaining a professional demeanor
•  Demonstrated success working both independently and in highly collaborative environments
• Team player with the ability to work independently or with cross-functional groups

4. Educational Qualification Graduate, with preference to MBA /CFA / CA or equivalent from recognized Universities in India/overseas.

5. Minimum Experience 7 years plus in Investment Banking Equity

6. Location of posting Mumbai The candidate may be deputed to work with the team(s) with the organization/ parent organization/ any subsidiary of the parent organization if and as deemed necessary.
