Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Product Manager - Digital Onboarding Platform

• Essential Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate from recognized Universities / Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering. Masters in Technology or Computer Science will be an added advantage.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience. 15+ years of experience in a leadership role with at least 10+ years in Broking experience is preferred.
• Desirable: Relevant experience in technology related work involved in product development, eKYC, Re-KYC, Digital Sales and Online Broking. Strong aptitude for digitalization, understanding of regulatory guidelines for Retail Broking, and excellent communication skills.

Eligibility for IT - AVP

• Essential Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate from recognized Universities / Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience. 15+ years of experience in a leadership role with at least 10+ years in Broking experience is preferred.
• Desirable: Experience in Financial Services with a focus on Retail Broking. High energy levels, decision-making capabilities, stakeholder relationship management, and ability to manage system/cyber security compliance.
