Educational Qualification: CA, MBA/PGDM, PG Diploma
1. Post Name: Managing Director
2. Salary: Rs. 75000-90000
3. Qualification: Post Graduate in Geosciences (Geology/ Geophysics)/ Engineering Graduate/ Chartered Accountant/ Cost Accountant/ Graduate with MBA/ Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDIM) from a leading institute.
4. Experience: The applicant should have Experience/ Exposure at a senior level of management for at least 5 years during the last 10 years in an organization of repute preferably in petroleum sector.
5. Duration of Appointment The appointment shall be for a period of five years from the date of joining or upto the date of superannuation or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
Pay Scale:
INR
75000 - 90000(Per Month)

Bharat Petroleum entered the upstream sector in 2003 with an aim to provide partial supply security of crude and hedging of price risks and to become a vertically integrated oil company.
A wholly owned subsidiary company of Bharat Petroleum, by the name Bharat PetroResources Limited (BPRL) was incorporated in October 2006.
BPRL was set up with the objective of carrying out Exploration and Production activities considering the need for a focused approach in Exploration and Production activities and implementation of investment plans of Bharat Petroleum at a faster pace.
