BrahMos Aerospace Invites Application for Deputy/Additional General Manager Recruitment 2022

1. Post Name: Deputy/Additional General Manager

2. Qualification and experience required for the post are as follows:

(a) B Tech in Civil Engineering with min 20 years post qualification work experience.

(b) Should have done a tenure as Garrison Engineer/ OC RCC.

(c) Knowledge of statutory compliances for construction labour law.

(d) Knowledge of advance building material i.e. recycled aggregate, high volume fly ash concrete, alternative aggregate, high strength and high performance concrete etc.

(e) In-depth knowledge of soil investigation and interpretation of report as per BIS and ASTM.

(f) Knowledge of complete well point dewatering system.

(g) Exposure in advance foundation engineering, pile foundation, group pile, raft foundation etc.

(h) Preferably worked as Project Manager in CCE (R&D), DRDO Projects.

(i) Conversant with Unit Risk Principle in design and execution at site for construction of Technical Positions.

(j) Preference will be given to candidates who have held the appointment of Surveyor of works/Senior Surveyor of works.

(k) Preferably has exposure of preparation and handling of contract and tender documents.

3. Emoluments: commensurate with qualification and experience and the Company Policy.

4. Place of posting will be initially at the New Delhi and transferrable to any other location in India subsequently as per Company’s requirement.
