Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility for General Manager / Chief General Manager (Army)
- Essential Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, ECE, Electrical, Instrumentation, Aeronautical, or Aerospace Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 20 years of service in the Indian Army (Rank of Colonel/Brigadier). Must have wide experience in the maintenance and operation of Missile Complexes. Experience in interaction/coordination with Directorates of Indian Army, Armed Forces HQs, Missile Regiments, DRDO, DPSUs, MOD agencies, and autonomous bodies/Industries is mandatory. Experience in the formulation of Quality Requirements (QRs) for missile complexes and sound knowledge of Defence procurement processes is required.
- Age Limit: Maximum 55 years as of 01 November 2025. Age relaxation for deserving candidates is applicable.
