General Manager and Various Posts

Educational Qualification:
General Manager (Quality Control): Sc. ‘F’/ ‘Brig or equivalent. Minimum 20 years work experience with any of the QA departments - MSQAA/SSQAG/DGAQA/DGQA /NAI. Experience in QA/QC of Aerospace and Missiles Projects.

Chief Advisor:
Minimum Sc. ‘G’/ Maj General or equivalent.
Individual should be Graduate in Engineering with more than 20 years of experience in Supply Chain / Material management.
Experience of dealing with Industries.
Experience in Vendor development / management.

Director (Technical):
Sc. ‘G’.
Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Metallurgy) with experience in welding, forging etc. Phd in Engineering is preferred.
Atleast 25 years of experience in Project Management.
Experience in design/development / manufacturing of Aerospace Components and materials as Director.

Executive Director (Production):
Sc. ‘G’/Maj Gen or equivalent.
Post graduate degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ ECE) / Management preferred.
Phd is desirable.
Atleast 25 years of experience of Project Management, productionisation & Industry interface.
Proven leadership.
