Educational Qualification: General Manager (Quality Control): Sc. ‘F’/ ‘Brig or equivalent. Minimum 20 years work experience with any of the QA departments - MSQAA/SSQAG/DGAQA/DGQA /NAI. Experience in QA/QC of Aerospace and Missiles Projects. Chief Advisor: Minimum Sc. ‘G’/ Maj General or equivalent. Individual should be Graduate in Engineering with more than 20 years of experience in Supply Chain / Material management. Experience of dealing with Industries. Experience in Vendor development / management. Director (Technical): Sc. ‘G’. Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Metallurgy) with experience in welding, forging etc. Phd in Engineering is preferred. Atleast 25 years of experience in Project Management. Experience in design/development / manufacturing of Aerospace Components and materials as Director. Executive Director (Production): Sc. ‘G’/Maj Gen or equivalent. Post graduate degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ ECE) / Management preferred. Phd is desirable. Atleast 25 years of experience of Project Management, productionisation & Industry interface. Proven leadership.
Pay Scale: INR as per company policy Per Month
Age Limit: Maximum 38 Years.
