Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility for Junior Assistant
- Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Science/Commerce or any stream from a recognized University. Minimum 6 months Diploma/Certificate in computer proficiency from a Government recognized institute. Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS-Office, Internet).
- Desirable: Experience of working in any higher educational institution.
Eligibility for Office Assistant
- Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Science/Commerce or any stream from a recognized University. Minimum 6 months Diploma/Certificate in computer proficiency from a Government recognized institute. Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS-Office, Internet).
- Desirable: English typing speed 35 wpm (10500 KDPH) and experience of working in any higher educational institution.
Age Limit
- Minimum: 21 years
- Maximum: 40 years (as on 04/01/2026)
- Relaxations: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC/MOBC, 10 years for PWBD.
Selection Process
The selection process involves three phases:
- Phase-I: Screening Test (OMR-based MCQ) covering General Studies, History, Geography, Numerical Ability, etc.
- Phase-II: Written Test (Conventional Type) covering General English, Office Procedure, and General Knowledge.
- Phase-III: Computer Practical Test and Interaction/Academic Credentials.
