Educational Qualification: Senior Glass Technologist: (a) Essential: Degree in glass/ceramic/silicate technology or equivalent. (b) Desirable: Postgraduate in glass/ceramic/silicate technology or equivalent. Experience: (a) Essential: 10 years experience in the Planning/Production Department of a reputed Glass Industry/Organisation, out of which 4 years in a responsible position. (b) Preferable: Experience in the use of Computer-based Management Information Systems. Administrative Officer: (a) Essential: Degree in Commerce/ICWA from a recognized university and Post Graduate/Diploma in Business Administration. Experience: (a) Essential: 10 years experience in the Administration Department of an Industry organization or Govt. Deptt. Of which about 4 years in responsible Administrative Positions. (b) Preferable: Practical experience in Govt. System of accounting, budgeting, recruitment and taxation laws. Practical experience in modern Budgeting, Accounting etc. from a commercial company. Experience in the use of computers for Administrative purposes, computerised Management Information Systems etc. Experience in Personnel Management.
