Educational Qualification:
Manager: Graduate in any discipline. Preferable: MBA Finance/Marketing or PGDBM in Equity and Market Research. The Institute should be recognised / approved by Govt. bodies/ AICTE/ UGC. Course completed through Correspondence/ Part time will not be eligible.
Business Development Executive: Graduate in any discipline. Preferable: MBA Finance/Marketing. The Institute should be recognised / approved by Govt. bodies/ AICTE/ UGC. Course completed through Correspondence/ Part time will not be eligible.
Company Secretary: Company Secretary: Must be Associate/Fellow Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Preferred Qualification: LLB: A Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) integrated 5 years/3years regular course from recognized University.

Centbank Financial Services ltd. (CFS) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Central Bank Of India that provides services to corporate and individual. CFS has been operating since 1929, i.e. before the Great Depression, as a service company. Thus, we have been providing uninterrupted services to our clients since the pre-independence era such as Trustee Services acting as Executor and Trustee. Its business model has changed since 2009-10 to provide Debenture Trustee and Security Trustee Services in addition to the current Executor and Trustee Business.
CFS is a wholly owned subsidiary of Central Bank of India (CBI), one of the largest public sector commercial banks in India. CBI has been operating since 1911, and proudly celebrated its 100 years of operations on December 23, 2010. On the Centenary year, the Government of India has released a postage stamp in the memory of Sir Sorabji Pochkhanawala, founder of the Bank.
