Central Bank of India has announced a recruitment drive for the engagement of FLCC Counsellors on a contract basis under its Social Uplift & Advisory Programme Society (CBOI-SUAPS). Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for FLCC Counsellor

• Essential Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from a recognised university. Computer literate with basic knowledge of MS Office, internet, and typing in the local language. Excellent communication skills in the local language.
• Experience: Must possess an unblemished service record with a Service Certificate from the previous employer showing experience as an officer/permanent employee of at least 10 years.
• Preferred Profiles: Retired/VRS opted Bank Officials of Scale I and above (Nationalised Banks including SBI and RRBs); OR Ex-Servicemen or other than Bank Employees (e.g., Government School Teachers) having banking knowledge and relevant IIBF certification.
• Residence: Candidate should be a resident of the same State (Bihar), preferably the same or nearby District.

Selection Process

The selection will be conducted as per the Central Bank of India / CBI-SUAPS norms and guidelines referred to in the eligibility circulars and regional advertisement.
