Note: Selection will be made primarily from candidates in the same district where the vacancy exists. If suitable candidates are not available, candidates from adjoining districts may be selected.

Eligibility Criteria for Business Correspondent Supervisor

1. For Retired Bank Employees

• Essential: Retired Officers (including voluntarily retired) of any bank (PSU/RRB/Private/Cooperative) up to the rank of Senior Manager/equivalent. Retired clerks and equivalent of Central Bank of India having passed JAIIB with a good track record.
• Experience: Rural banking experience of at least 3 years.
• Age Limit: Maximum entry age up to 64 years. Continuation allowed up to 65 years.

2. For Young Candidates

• Essential: Graduate with Computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
• Desirable: M.Sc. (IT)/BE (IT)/MCA/MBA will be given preference.
• Experience: Rural banking experience of at least 3 years.
• Age Limit: 21 to 45 years (at the time of appointment). Continuation up to 60 years.

General Requirements (Applicable to All)

• Proficiency in local language & dialect (reading and writing).
• Must have accommodation near the nodal branch within the district.
• Willingness to visit villages in the district for supervision.

Salary / Stipend

The remuneration is a mix of fixed and variable components. The variable component depends on the score of BC Agents on various parameters.

• Category A: Fixed Rs. 15,000/- + Variable Rs. 10,000/- + Conveyance Rs. 4,000/- + Mobile Rs. 500/-. (Minimum 25 BC Agents allotted).
• Category B: Fixed Rs. 12,000/- + Variable Rs. 8,000/- + Conveyance Rs. 3,000/- + Mobile Rs. 500/-. (Minimum 20 BC Agents allotted).

Selection Process

The selection will be held through an interview process by a committee.
