Eligibility Criteria for F.L.C. Counselor

Essential Qualification

• Graduate from a UGC-recognized university.
• Computer literate – MS Office, Internet, basic knowledge of local language.
• Ability to communicate effectively in local language.

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience as an officer or employee is mandatory.
• Preference to retired/VRS officers from nationalized banks (SBI/RRBs) who held a Scale Officer position.
• Other government/semi-government employees (e.g., teachers) with banking knowledge and relevant IIBF certifications may also apply.
• Must have retired with an unblemished service record.

Other Requirements

• Must be a resident of the same state (Bihar), preferably from the same or neighboring district.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 45 Years
• Maximum Age: 65 Years

Salary Details

• Monthly Salary: ₹25,000
• Mobile Allowance: ₹1,000
