Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Foreign Exchange Officer (Scale III)

• Essential Qualification: Full-time Graduation from AICTE/UGC approved University/College in any discipline. Additionally, a Certificate in Foreign Exchange Operations from the Indian Institute of Banking & Finance (IIBF) is mandatory.
• Desirable Qualification: Professional qualification CFA/CA, MBA in relevant stream, CAIIB, Certificate in Trade Finance, CDCS, CITF, or NISM certifications.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years as an officer in Scheduled Commercial Banks (SCBs), with at least 3 years mandatorily in Trade Finance/Forex operations/IBU-Gift City. Candidates must be currently working in the forex domain, preferably in sales/business development. Candidates from NBFCs/RRBs/Cooperative Banks/Insurance sector are not eligible.

Eligibility for Marketing Officer (Scale I)

• Essential Qualification: Full-time Graduation from AICTE/UGC approved University/College plus two years Full-time MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/PGPM/PGDM with Major specialization in Marketing.
• Experience: Post-qualification experience of two years is required. One year of continuous experience in the marketing domain in a BFSI organization is mandatory. Candidates should be currently employed in the marketing domain.

Age Limit & Relaxation

Age limit as on 01.01.2026:

• Foreign Exchange Officer: 25 to 35 years
• Marketing Officer: 22 to 30 years

Age Relaxation:

• SC/ST: 5 years
• OBC: 3 years
• PwBD: 10 years (15 years for SC/ST, 13 years for OBC)
• Ex-servicemen: 5 years (subject to government guidelines)

Selection Process

Candidates will be selected through the following stages:

1. Online Written Examination: 100 marks (60 minutes).
2. Personal Interview: 100 marks.
