Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Chief Director (Legal and Recovery)

• Essential: LLB Degree holder and enrolled as an Advocate with Bar Council.
• Experience: 15 years of experience in legal/financial documentation/mortgage/guarantee/hypothecation/recovery suits/claims/SARFAESI Act/Debt Recovery Tribunal etc., and litigation in various courts/tribunals related to such matters, out of which minimum 5 years experience must be in Pay Matrix Level-12 or equivalent post as per 7th CPC.
• Desirable: Experience in cooperative organization will be given preference.

• Rs. 1200/-.
• Ex-Servicemen and Physically Disabled candidates (minimum 40% disability) are exempted from payment of application fee.

Selection Process

• In case of large number of applications, shortlisting may be done based on higher/desirable educational qualifications, higher experience, written test, etc.
• Recruitment test may be conducted (usually 75:25 ratio for written test and interview marks).
• NCDC reserves the right to modify the selection process if deemed appropriate.

• At the time of document verification, candidates must bring self-attested copies of application, age proof, educational qualifications, experience, OBC/PwD/Ex-Servicemen certificates (if applicable), No Objection Certificate (if in service), and original documents for verification.
