Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility for Chief Director (Legal and Recovery)
- Essential: LLB Degree holder and enrolled as an Advocate with Bar Council.
- Experience: 15 years of experience in legal/financial documentation/mortgage/guarantee/hypothecation/recovery suits/claims/SARFAESI Act/Debt Recovery Tribunal etc., and litigation in various courts/tribunals related to such matters, out of which minimum 5 years experience must be in Pay Matrix Level-12 or equivalent post as per 7th CPC.
- Desirable: Experience in cooperative organization will be given preference.
Application Fee
- Rs. 1200/-.
- Ex-Servicemen and Physically Disabled candidates (minimum 40% disability) are exempted from payment of application fee.

Selection Process
- In case of large number of applications, shortlisting may be done based on higher/desirable educational qualifications, higher experience, written test, etc.
- Recruitment test may be conducted (usually 75:25 ratio for written test and interview marks).
- NCDC reserves the right to modify the selection process if deemed appropriate.
