Eligibility Criteria for FLC Counsellor

• Essential Qualification:

  • Effective communication skills in the local language.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as an officer or employee.
  • Applicant must be a resident of the same state (Bihar), preferably the same or nearby district.
  • Must have retired with a clean and satisfactory service certificate from the previous employer.
• Desirable Qualification:
  • Preference will be given to retired Scale 1 officers from nationalized banks (SBI/RRBs) or other government/semi-government employees (e.g., teachers) with knowledge of banking and financial services.
  • Completion of relevant IIBF certification courses is preferred.
• Age Limit: More than 45 years to less than 65 years (as of 31-12-2025).
• Salary: Rs. 25,000/- per month + Rs. 1,000/- mobile allowance. No other benefits.
