Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Centre Administrator

• Essential Qualification: Post Graduation in Law/Social Work/Sociology/Social Science/Psychology.
• Experience: At least 5 years experience of working on women related issues in a government or non-government project/programme.
• Preference: Experience as a counselor in a women related project, and preference to local candidates.

Eligibility for Para Medical Person

• Essential Qualification: Professional Degree/Diploma in Paramedics.
• Experience: At least 3 years experience of working at district level in health related project/programme.

Eligibility for Multi Purpose Worker/Cook

• Essential Qualification: Matriculation (10th pass).
• Experience: Experience in the relevant field.

Eligibility for Security Guard/Night Guard

• Essential Qualification: Matriculation (10th pass).
• Experience: At least 2 years experience as a security guard in a government or reputed institution at state or district level.
• Preference: Retired from army or paramilitary forces.

Eligibility for Gender Specialist

• Essential Qualification: Graduate in Social Work / Sociology / Rural Development / Rural Management / L.S.W. / Psychology / Women's Studies.
• Experience: At least three years of work experience with government/non-government organizations in gender centered subjects.

Eligibility for Multi-Purpose Worker

• Essential Qualification: 10th class passed under 10+2 system from any recognized board.

Age Limit

As on the date of advertisement publication:

• Unreserved Category (Male): 37 years
• Backward Class/Extremely Backward Class (Male and Female): 40 years
• Unreserved Category (Female): 40 years
• Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe (Male and Female): 42 years

Selection Process

The selection will be based on:

• Desired educational qualification.
• Work experience.
• Interview.
