Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Company Secretary: Must be a Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with an active ICSI Membership number. Minimum of 7 years post-qualification experience completed in a listed company, preferably a Bank/NBFC/Financial services company with a minimum market capitalization of Rs. 10000.00 crores.
