Sub:- Hiring of retired Police Officers in the rank of Inspectors and above as Consultant in CBI-Advertisement in CBI Website requested-reg. CBI is looking for retired Police Officers of the rank of Inspectors and above for being hired as Consultant@ monthly remuneration of Rs. 40,000/- per month for attending to the work related to cases in various Courts of jurisdiction of this Branch at Chandigarh, Panchkula & Mohali for a period of one year. 1. Position: Consultant 2. Salary: Rs. 40,000/- per month 3. The person selected shall have no right to claim regularisation/absorption in the CBI after the expiry of period of contract. 4. The retired officers of the Central/State Police Forces of the rank of Inspector or above with 10 years of experience in investigation and Prosecution of Criminal Cases in the Court of Law are eligible for being hired to the above mentioned post. 5. The candidates should be Graduates from a recognised University having good working knowledge of written English. 6. The candidate will be hired whole time and will have no right to undertake part time private employment during the period of hiring. 7. The Consultants hired will be utilized by HoZ/HoB in the best interest of CBI, which would taken into account the performance of duties as Consultant for pairvi works in various Courts of jurisdiction of this Branch at Chandigarh, Panchkula and Mohali.
