Deputy Manager (HR)

Educational Qualification: Candidates Should have Degree from recognized University with MBA/two years full time post graduate diploma equivalent to MBA in Management studies (MMS) /Personnel Management(MPM) with specialization in Human Resource Management /Development/Personnel Management Degree in Law desirable.

Experience: A minimum of 6 years experience of working in HR/ Admn. Deptt. Experience of working in computerized environment essential.

Pay Scale:
INR
60000/- Per Month

Age Limit: Upto 35 years.

Selection Procedure:
1) The selection process shall consist of first scrutiny of applications received
2) The criteria of selection for the above post is by way of personal interview.
3) Management reserves the right to devise its criteria(including to raise the minimum eligibility standards/criteria) to restrict the number of candidates to be called for personal interview.
4) In the event of non-availability of suitable candidates for advertised post, the position can be filled up by giving relaxation in eligibility criteria.
