Virtual / Personal interview for the selection of Research Associate (Siddha) - one post for the IMR Project “In- process Standardization of Velvanga Parpam (VP) – a classical Siddha drug and a Pilot study to evaluate its Safety and Therapeutic efficacy in Madhumagam ( Type II Diabetes Mellitus)” is proposed to be conducted. The engagement will be purely on contract basis and no claim for continuation or regular appointment will be entertained. The date of the interview will be notified through CCRS website / Email. 1. Post Name: Research Associate 2. No. of Post: 01 3. Essential Qualification : MD (Siddha) from a CCIM recognized Institution and Enrolment in the Central/ State Register of Indian Medicine/ Siddha. 4. Desirable : 5. Remuneration : Rs.47,000/- + 18% HRA 6. Period of the Project : Initially for a period of 1 year with subsequent extension based on the performance maximum up to 2 years or till completion of the project, whichever is earlier. 7. Place of Posting : Siddha Regional Research Institute, Puducherry.
i) Experience in handling Clinical trials/ Research Projects
ii) Paper Publications in peer reviewed journals.
iii) Basic computer skills like MS Office, etc.

47000(Per Month)

Selection Procedure
The selection of the candidate will be based on their performance in the interview. However, a written test on MCQ pattern may be required for further short listing purpose prior to interview.
