Eligibility for Hindi Officer (Post Code - A)
- Essential Qualification:
- Master's degree from a recognized university in Hindi with English as a compulsory/optional subject at graduation level (or equivalent combinations where Hindi/English is medium/compulsory/optional at graduation/post-graduation).
- Plus 3 years of experience in terminology work (translation of technical/scientific literature English ↔ Hindi) or teaching/research in Hindi/English in Central/State Govt, Autonomous bodies, Universities, or recognized institutions.
- Experience: 3 years relevant experience as mentioned in essential qualification.
- Desirable: Experience in conducting Hindi classes/workshops; administrative experience.
Eligibility for Multi Tasking Staff (Post Code - B)
- Essential Qualification: Matriculation (10th) or equivalent pass OR ITI pass (specific requirements may apply as per post).
- Experience: None specified.
- Desirable: Intermediate (12th) pass.

For Multi Tasking Staff:
- Trade Test (qualifying).
- Competitive Written Examination (CWE) – OMR/CBT based, objective, 150 questions, 450 marks (3 marks per correct), 2 hours, Class X level, bilingual (except English section), 1 mark negative for wrong answers.
- Subjects for CWE:
- General Intelligence & Reasoning: 25 questions (75 marks)
- Numerical Aptitude: 25 questions (75 marks)
- General Awareness: 50 questions (150 marks)
- English Language: 50 questions (150 marks)
- Final merit list based on CWE marks.
